Cycle path on the A40 bridge that crosses over the canal is very heavily littered.

    I have hit one of these signs commuting back from oxford to witney last Thursday night (9th December at 5.30 pm on my bicycle just between the a34 bridge and dukes cut , resulting in a fractured arm, they need to be lit up as they only turn into silhouette in the evening when the car lights are on them and they cant be seen.
