I’m Christopher Ferguson, Global Operations Head for a luxury Furniture company called OKA, we have our head office along with Retail Store in Didcot at Purchase Road.
I would like to formally make a complaint as there are road works happening on the roundabout, which its seems we haven’t received any communication, we have had some of our staff and customers turned away from entering our street to access the facility, the works are very confusing and isn’t managed in the most efficient way.
We have received complaints from our customers about this issue ad during this current global situation we need to do everything to maximize sales, and this is resulting is missed opportunity to capitalize sales in an already very difficult situation.
Can urgently intervene on this and implement 5-way light system as the works are planned for another few weeks and we cannot have this disruption to our business and loss of revenue.
I also emailed this same issue but it stated that you would respond within 10 days
