Huge problem with parking blocking town most days at 4pm

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3032103.

People parking opposite the car home on both side of the road creating a chicane and stopping cars/lorries etc getting through and the tail backs block the whole town most days 3.30-4.15!
