Tree is in hillside lane at the back of 49/51 holland close. the tree is growing over to the 2 properties back garden and needs pruning. please can this be pruned

  • Resident not happy that this is closed and says we cut it 13 months ago so why now are we saying its private, please explain. did transfer him to adoption of road to see if the status of the road has changed
