Excess gravel

This lane was recently re-gravelled but something went wrong and far too much gravel was applied. It is piling up in the middle and big piles at the side of lane. This is a very steep lane and is now very dangerous.I am a cyclist and went down the lane not long after the resurfacing had been done and to say I was scared is an understatement and going down a steep hill with narrow tyres and trying to slow down was nerve racking and I abandoned the ride. If I had met a vehicle coming up I would have had no chance as gravel is a cyclist or motor cyclist worst nightmare. I can never understand why after resurfacing the excess gravel is not collected as it must cost a fortune and would be greener in the current phraseology.
