Car parked too close to junction, causing partial obstruction

This car has been parked a couple of metres from the junction of Cooper smith road and the main road for days and days, has caused several very near misses as cars coming out of the junction have to come onto to wrong side of the road and aren’t visible to cars turning in until to last second
