Missing fence on footpath between Fishpond Way and Calke Close

A large part of the fence on the footpath between Fishpond Way and Calke Close has been missing for over a year. It came down in a storm. The previously fence panels have been removed but the replacement fence has not been erected. Some tipping of garden waste seems to be happening where the fence once stood. Please can the replacement fence be erected.
