Rubbish dumped on grassy area and bushes

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3024605.

The path opposite the police Scotland building beside the bridge is covered in litter and the bushes are full of flytipped rubbish. The cycle lane here is also full of mud and silt.
