The disabled parking bay at the rear of cage lane public toilets is now being constantley blocked by commercial wheelie bin and at times commercial waste from nearby shops disabled parking in the town is very limited as being unable to walk far and registered disabled and blue badge holder i would like to be able to use the bay the shop has its own area but appear to have taken up vechile sales in that area as per pics
