Very deep pothole, car rear wheel struggled to get out of the pothole

The car park in general is in very poor condition and the potholes have become very deep and a danger to vehicles and pedestrians.

    Please see attached, these pot holes are dangerous and unsafe not only for vehicles but for pedestrians even more so those with disabilities.

    Though this may not be responsiblity of Oxford County Council, the Town, District and County Council have a moral responsibility to enforce the private land owner to repair the road!
