Overgrown bushes encroaching on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 13:39, Fri 24 September 2021

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On Hopton Road park there are overgrown bushes encroaching on to the pavement at the rear of houses backing on to park (No 65). Several of these bushes contain large brambles which are hard to avoid when using the pavement. Several of these brambles are at face height and are dangerous to pedestrians.
