2 large vans blocking paths and road

83 Leeds Road (Round the back) and the house opposite the double garage at 81 leeds Road. Both households have one large van which seem to compete with each other. One parks on the corner and you continuously struggle to get past easily. People with children have to walk on the road to get round them. The house opposite the double garage with the blue van has 2 motor vehicles on the pavement and what looks like room for at least one more on the driveway. It has been like this for months. As the winter weather comes and potentially icy/snowy roads the chance of an accident gets greater
