Sent to Aberdeen City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3021308.

There are unavoidable manhole covers on Charleston Road, 1 set outside #28, and another set just 5-10yards westbound. VERY loud bang/clank as cars driver over these, at all times of day, and it's a very busy road. Been an issue for months, and intermittently over previous years so it's clearly been fixed before.
