This tree is over grown into my dads garden,branches falling off,one hit him on the head,cutting him, this tree is blocking the street light ,making it dark outside ,he carnt see his back gate,seeds are blowing off the tree all the time ,covering his garden,and him when he sat out side,the leafs,are making his foot path slippery too,can someone please cut this tree back as soon as possible please,before there is a serious accident to my elderly father, am also contacting my mp too.

My dad carnt even sit in his garden, the seeds are blowing in his eyes,and every were,all over him , this is depressing for him
