Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3017174.

Please empty. Been full for weeks.

  • All rubbish has now been cleared however it appears only rubbish within the confines of the bin will be emptied by contractors as bins further down now appear to have the same issue.
