Filthy Car Park

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3016460.

The first floor of this car park is filthy with pigeon droppings everywhere. You have to wade through it to get to the stairs. If we don't catch covid then bird flu is next on the list. Can this area be cleaned please.
