Exposed electrical cable

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3015691.

There is an Electrical swa cable exposed and suffering from uv damage to outer core within a Severn trent pump station compound , I suspect it feeds the street light located close to the sps boundry, please contact myself to gain entry to the compound.
