Missing give way road markings

The road at this junction has had a new wearing surface added and in the process the give way lines have been removed and not replaced. This has led to a confused priority. the road marking before the new wearing surface was added indicated the road carried on from the south to the west with cars approaching from the east having to give way at the junction. this is no longer clear with most of the junction lines no longer visible. Cars have been seen traveling east to west and not slowing for the junction at all. the junctions is less than 300m from a school.
