Really weird funny smells, some sort of chemical, it's really bad and making me very ill as it comes in through my window where I live at crown place.

There must be some sort of burst or damaged underground pipe, weird musty plastic smell coming from the private white flats situated next to crown place, this has been going on for over a month and it's getting worse its made me really ill i was up all last night outside trying to figure out where it was coming from as I kept hearing a hi zing spraying sort of sound coming from with enough the grounds of the private white flats right next to my flat windows. It needs investigating ASAP i have called the council on a number of occasions and they don't seem to be taking me seriously so I am seeking advice from cab and housing association shelter i am also going to get in touch with the local mp George Freeman because this is health and safety, the smell is very weird but i no its some sort of chemical as it makes your throat dry, your eyes water and your skin iche it is baffling me something needs TO BE DONE ASAP.
