Overgrown footpaths

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3013140.

For months, the footpath between Chineham Village Hall up to Bowman Road continues to be overgrown with nettles, trees and bushes obstructing the path. It is especially bad when it rains, leaving little to no space to get through the path. Can these be cut back please? It seems to be happening all across Chineham to be honest. Thanks
