Misuse of pedestrian access

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 20:40, Friday 17 September 2021

Sent to Croydon Borough Council less than a minute later

Haynes Lane is a T junction with pedestrian access through to Bedwardine Road. This is being used by motorcycle fast food delivery drivers as a shortcut. Given that Haynes Lane is barely 6metres wide, the constant passing of motorcycles is causing severe noise pollution. Regularly, in a 4 hour period through the evening, there can be up to 50 passes down the lane and across the pedestrian access.
