Ridiculous parent parking

The parents dropping off and picking up there children show complete disregard for the Highway Code and parking restrictions. The yellow lines to control parking at peak times and to allow traffic flow threw the parking areas are constantly parked over leading to a major safety risk. At times bus’s struggle to fit threw. Simple parking enforcement needed. Parking over the yellow lines. In the bus stops and on or over junctions. All causing visibility problems as well. From Ellington drive all the way up Gershwin road till Lennon way sometimes a little further each way. Constant issue in term times.
