At the junction of Chesnut Drive and Abingdon Road, there had been some sort of incident resulting in fuel or oil spillage.

    Following a damage only road traffic accident between a van and a motorcycle on Thursday evening at this junction. As motorcycle went to ground and was on the floor for some time. Oil and fuel has leaked onto the road surface. It was very slippery earlier this morning turning into Chestnut Drive and needs to be professionally cleaned up please to prevent a further accident or injury.

  • Skidded on this early this morning, When wet/damp. As it is on the bend this needs to be cleaned please. It is an accident waiting to happen.

  • 3 weeks on! Still very slippery as you turn into Chestnut Drive when it's wet, damp. When is this going to be addressed?
