The user of this vehicle regularly leaves it parked right across the pavement, obscuring both the vision of traffic at the junction, and access for people trying to use the pavement. Have to step into the road. It's been happening for months.

  • Apparently, as there are no yellow lines, people can park anywhere they like, regardless of difficulties caused to the passing public!
