Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3004661.

After the rain on Tues 14th Sept AM I cycled down the Cole Green Way from WGC to Hertford at 2pm. The A414 underpass was totally flooded and there was no indication of the depth until I cycled through it. As there is no alternative route this needs to be resolved.
