Vibrations and shaking in house when HGV's and buses drive past
Reported via Android in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 07:42, Thursday 16 September 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
After recent work was carried out by Thames Water when many holes were dug up in the road to install new pipe work, we are now left with a very uneven road which causes vibrations in the house as large vehicles pass the house. We experience the before about a year ago when Thames Water repaired a burst pipe and left the road with a large bump in the road. Please can you deal with this as I am concerned this could cause damage to my house. If you come and have a look you will realise what a mess this road is now. Also dangerous for cyclusts I would imagine with the amount of bumps.
Thank you for your report, this is now being investigated. Information on our services and the timeframes we aim to respond in can be found: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices
