Car's parking on grass verge

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3001959.

Car's are mounting the pavement and cycle lane to park on the grass verge. A cyclist was clipped this morning - unhurt but could of been a lot worse. Out side the willerby/Eltherington factories.
