Since parking permits have been put in place people are parking badly in shepway close

Since permits have been put in place in all surrounding roads people who live in area and also users who attend the scout hut have been parking along shepway close and parking is getting dangerous . I’ve reported this issue before yet no one seems to want to do anything and only going to get more dangerous when work starts on the building site !!! Something need to be done an emergency service vehicle would not get through that gap nor would bin men .
