Car parking on a pavement area

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3001374.

There are 2 houses on the corner of Three Turns Lane that continually use the pavement to park their cars despite having driveways. Cars literally speed around the corner and there have been near misses with pedestrians who walk that route.
