Good morning, as a resident of The Parade and regularly catch the X5 to Oxford I have to cross the Buckingham road outside Bicester heritage, and I find it bazaar that the new pedestrian lights were installed over 6 weeks ago and they still haven’t been switched on. I think this is shocking and I think this should be addressed as a matter of urgency before someone is killed! Kind regards Dave Venables Garden Quarter

Site hasn't been taken over by OCC due to incomplete / poor standard of works onsite. Developer responsible for delivering works has been chased.

Hi, thank you for your update regarding the traffic lights on Buckingham road. Please can I have the name of the developer who installed the light because I am going to the Bicester advertiser as I feel this has gone on long enough and something needs to be done! I have witnessed an elderly gentleman trying to get across the road only this afternoon. Kind regards Dave Venables (local resident)
