Pavement completely taken up by fencing
Reported via desktop in the Pavements category by S Ratz at 11:58, Monday 13 September 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
All of the pavement from west way the entrance of the shops as been monopolised by builders' fencing. I have frequently found people walking in the road as without taking a large detour, there is nowhere for them to go. I would recommend the fencing be moved back towards the hoarding so pedestrians can make use of the footpath, grass and seating.

Expensive cycling infrastructure being installed (at glacial pace) by people who haven't a clue. What's the cyclist supposed to do here? Follow the cycle lane (and ride into a metal pole)? Join the bus lane (bumping down the kerb)? Dismount to walk under the bridge (and then get on again on the other side)?
