Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2996269.

A tent has been put up In this garden. All I can hear day and night from my home is power tools and sanding. Started at 7pm, when its time for children to go to bed for school in the morning.
