Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2995260.

Spoke too soon! Dorothy Goodman school car park open (as usual) however parents of young footballers parked up Barwell Lane and Harwood Drive. Sign extremely visible with arrow pointing to car park. Impossible to comprehend whether they cannot read or are just plain stupid.
