No right turn been ignored

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2993380.

At this junction there is a no right turn, however motorists are either ignoring the signs or just not seeing the sign. This causes significant queues when trying to exit this junction due to cars eating to turn right! Can more signage be put up?
