Every single night, from about 9pm onwards, this household shuts their dog outside to keep everyone on the street sleepless, stressed and unrelaxed. Every. Single. Night. The dog isn't receiving enrichment or exercise, it's fecking stressed at being shut out, and so is the whole street. Every. Night.
