Dangerous cycling provision

Traffic calming chicane was installed in the last few years. This has led to a dangerous problem for the many cyclists that use this road. When travelling from Nuneaton towards Higham, speed of cycle is very slow due to incline of road. When reaching chicane drivers travelling in same often cut across cyclists and do not wait. Cyclist have to stop to give way as no space left between hedge and chicane leaving cyclist stuck in middle of road and needing to make a hill start. Thoughtless design and should be rectified by creating opening to left of the chicane.
