Loose manhole cover with surrounding pothole developing

First reported 4 years ago and never properly fixed. Manhole cover loose and rattling again about 2 weeks after supposedly repaired and has done so ever since. Four years on and there is now a large pothole forming in the manhole cover surround. a guy with a very expensive bicycle damaged his wheel a few days ago. PLEASE FIX IT PROPERLY!

  • ...and again still not fixed. Our hopes were raised when a maintenance lorry stopped alongside the problem. About an hour later it left so I went out to inspect the repair, only to find there was none!!
