Clattering drain cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2983805.

Still not fixed, this has been clattering for weeks now keeping the residents of this road awake at night, if this is not a priority then what is, not even bothered to do a temporary fix, this is about the 5th time I have raised this issue and nothing has been done about it, it’s the fourth week now that we have been living in the back bedroom with the kids, it’s getting ridiculous. FIX THE DAMN DRAIN COVER.
