Clearing and cleaning area along footpath

The footpath beside the rye that leads from Bowden Lane to the new retail park is becoming a local meeting place for small gangs of youths who are drinking drug taking and leaving litter. There is a lot of litter polluting the weir and this section of the Rye and there is graffiti on the tunnel and pipes, broken glass etc. There is a lot of wildlife in the area and I am concerned that it is threatening their habitat and the presence of drug takers is intimidating. Hope you will be able to look into this.
