A sign banning dog walkers from Hall Close has been erected stating that it is private property, which is incorrect and antisocial.

As per the site plan attached, the road has pedestrian access to all residents. I’m not sure if the council have adopted the roads yet but hopefully you have jurisdiction to remove the sign.
