High levels of air pollution from GCR

This weekend is the diesel gala on the GCR. Virtually everywhere I have been in Loughborough and surrounding villages smells of diesel. The streets around the station are filled with clouds of smoke and haze. This is surely having a negative impact upon the environment. As someone who also suffers with lung disease I can barely breath. I suggest you ask Environmental Health to have a look into the practices of the railway.
