Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2978353.

The crack and potholes is hazardous to people that one elderly man trip over and sent to the hospital and had a major operation. Some kids running and trip over bec of the crack road due to overgrown tree. The kid who is 3 or 4 years old got hurt and attended to A&E.
