Personal caravan that was originally parked, was moved into driveway. Now there is a second caravan parked in the same position as the first. This is a public footpath and used to be a safe space for children to play, already it has become blighted by car parking, but it should NOT allow long stay parking of caravans. The owner needs to arrange for parking off road.
