Car parked on crossing point also opposite a junction obscuring exit from road

Car keeps parking on the kerb and on the crossing point at the bottom of Sandpit Lane, Thurston

It sticks out opposite Cloverfields estate and I have witnessed many drivers struggle to see clearly when exit the estate and on a couple of times there has been instances where this has lead to near accidents.

This is made worse due to the upgrades to Norton road and the single file traffic currently on Sandpit Lane the car makes it difficult to pass especially when watching the large site vehicles get stuck as they struggle to get by.
