Hedge cuttings forming trip hazard no narrow footpath

Reported via desktop in the Rights of way category anonymously at 19:52, Mon 30 August 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2967788.

The owner of the property north of the footpath (or someone working for him/her) has cut the hedge alongside the path and left all the cuttings on it, making walking here slow and hazardous, owing to the high risk of tripping. The trimmings comprise quite large thick branches as well as smaller twigs. The twigs on their own wouldn't be much of a problem, but the larger pieces are, and they will take a long time to rot down.
