Blocked drains

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2967273.

Both A511 laybys between Smisby and Boundary the drains are blocked, the laybys stink of urine. If the drains are unblocked hopefully this will clean the urine away as these laybys are open toilets. Thank you!
