Updates

  • Concrete roads in England are reaching the end of their design life and will need to be replaced over the coming years. The A11 Spooner Row to Thickthorn Junction Concrete Reconstruction and Surface Repairs Scheme will be separated by two phases.

Phase 1 will look to repair the A11 between the Tuttles Interchange and the Thickthorn Junction, whilst phase 2 will reconstruct the A11 between the Spooner Row Junction and the Tuttles Interchange. Phase 1 will start in mid-October 2021, while phase 2 will start in early 2022 (with some enabling works throughout the autumn 2021 and winter period).
