Commercial vehicle parked in residential area

There is a very large van parked in the Residential Car Park on Fairfields (near the play area) that belongs to a person living in Woodlands Close or on Woodlands estate and is causing parking issues for the Fairfields residents who now have to park elsewhere. The Woodlands estate has its own parking areas that could be used. There also appear to be some private cars of Woodlands residents being parked there overnight. Meaning that Fairfields residents have to park on the grassed areas instead. Reported to the Community Association by a resident.
