Blocked drainage gullies

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2964805.

The gully on the southside of the Bishopric crossing is completely full of debris up to the road surface. Travelling westwards from here the next three gullies on the south side of Bishopric are also completely full. Can they be dug out please, before we have substantial rain as the road floods.
