Rising bollards at entrance and exit of Egham High street failed

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council and Surrey County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2963202.

The rising bollards at the entrance to the pedestrian area have failed again so traffic is ignoring the timed pedestrian only signs
